DIRECTOR

Anna brings a deep passion for early childhood and elementary education and is committed to fostering a warm, engaging environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow.

With over a decade of experience in education, Anna has served as a University Supervisor for student teachers at James Madison University and as a classroom teacher and team lead in both Albemarle County and Fairfax County Public Schools. She is dedicated to supporting educators through ongoing professional development and instructional design while deeply valuing strong partnerships with families and students.

Anna holds a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Marymount University and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Virginia Tech.

She lives in Crozet with her husband, Mark, and their two children, Hallie and Cade. As a family, they enjoy spending time on the soccer field, traveling, taking neighborhood walks, and embracing new adventures. They are members of Crozet United Methodist Church and feel truly grateful to be part of the Crozet community.

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Debbie loves working with young children and has worked in Early Childhood Education for over twenty-five years. As a past director and administrator for Albemarle County Extended Day Enrichment Programs, she finds the field of Early Childhood Education very rewarding. Debbie loves teaching children and seeing their eyes light up when they discover something new.

Debbie has been our Assistant Director and one of our Pre-K teachers since day one! In her free time, Debbie loves spending time with family and friends, decorating, shopping and the beach.
